Refund policy

To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• Products must be in their original packaging and condition.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected, and if they are found to be in their original condition, the return will be approved and a refund will be issued.

You must also include the courier receipt you received upon delivery along with the returned items.

In cases where the products are damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging or mishandling by the courier, our company reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Unjustified Product Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers have the right to return products without justification, in accordance with consumer protection law, within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.
